Meet us at the Food Safety Congress

This will be the 4th edition of the Congress. The event is being organised by IFS Office Central & Eastern Europe, Warsaw University of Life Sciences, international logistics organization CSCMP and the Office of Quality Promotion. Technology and innovations

For all the participants, this event will be a great opportunity for sharing knowledge and experience, especially from the area of innovations. The organisers even decided to set up an exhibition of new technologies, products, packaging and logistics solutions designed for the food industry.

BLOKO Sensor Platform for quality control

During this exhibition, we will present our systems for controlling production processes, storage and transportation conditions. All of them are based on BLOKO Sensor Platform and are able to provide constant, real-time measurements of parameters that are vital for maintaining food quality and safety. Our systems can measure, i.a., pH level, temperature, humidity and concentration of certain substances, like sugar. They eliminate the need to take product samples and deliver them to a laboratory for analysing. The system’s readings can be easily accessed from any place and in any time through an application.

During the exhibition that accompanies the Food Safety Congress, we will be presenting these solutions in more detail.
