The challenge
The client's devices offered many settings, but changing them was not as simple as it should be. The goal was desktop software that makes configuration clear for everyday users while still giving experienced users access to advanced options. Drawing on our experience with connected devices, our team of engineers and designers built the software around the client's requirements, from the first interface concepts to the working product.
Our experience with connected devices mattered here: the software has to understand the hardware, and the interface has to hide that complexity from the user.

The result
