The challenge
Our client, Huggity, aimed to transform the way fans interact with brands at events by making the photo booth experience mobile and more engaging. Their vision was to enable promotional staff at events to take photos and videos that would be instantly available to fans. These fans could then view and share images from their mobiles, thereby becoming brand ambassadors. Huggity needed a robust mobile application that would offer this seamless integration of fan engagement and social media sharing.

The result
The Snappie app offers a dynamic platform that not only provides engagement at sports events, festivals, meet & greet areas, conferences, in-store promotions, live shows, product launches, and fashion shows but also serves as a tool for social amplification and data capture for events and sponsorships. The app has proven successful in various case studies, such as the Manchester City 2015/2016 season, Ulster Bank's Rugby Cup, and the Marathon, where it had significant engagement rates, a large number of shared photos, and substantial Facebook organic reach. Snappie utilizes the INSTASERV™ platform, a proprietary content delivery system that enables the delivery and customization of captured content. It delivers the content instantly to users and controls results through a custom backend system. This powerful engine behind the Snappie app enables it to deliver on its promise of fan engagement and bespoke projects.
