A total budget to spend is €100 bilion. In addition to EMBIQ, they attended the meeting: representatives of academic circles; Politechnika Gdańska Politechnika Warszawska, Politechnika Poznańska - representatives of Orange Polska and Nokia Solutions and Networks Sp. z o.o. - companies from the new technology and IT sector.
