The challenge
The central objective was to develop an advanced inventory tracking system to monitor and manage livestock effectively. The system was designed to utilize RFID ear tags for each animal, tracking their history and movement over time. Other critical features include batch processing for handling large numbers of animals simultaneously, shipping manifest management, and real-time validation of animal check-in.
The main challenge was integrating RFID technology for tracking purposes and developing a bulk processing feature that could handle hundreds of updates simultaneously. This was crucial for our client who wanted to streamline their operations by avoiding individual record updates.

The result
A robust web and mobile platform was delivered, offering a comprehensive solution for livestock management. The platform provides real-time tracking of animals through unique RFID identifiers, batch processing, and shipping manifest management. The system effectively records and updates the animals' statuses, batch information, and anticipated shipping dates.
We developed an intuitive interface for the platform, ensuring that all the necessary information was readily accessible. The user experience was at the forefront of our design process, and we ensured the platform was easy to navigate, even when handling complex operations.
