The challenge
A centrally integrated app for Android and iOS mobile devices. The variant for the patient is designed to order home medical visits and basic examinations; the variant for the doctor is designed to receive incoming orders. The scope of work performed includes: - implementation of fast payment and card payment systems; - an adaptation of the mobile application and system to launch the LekarzOBOK service on the Polish market, - development and maintenance of the application; - preparation and launch of server infrastructure and production release of the mobile application and its publication in stores (Google Play Store, App Store).
Only recently, people would ever think that booking a medical appointment with live medical tracking would be possible. It can be done as quickly as you can get a cab or even make a reservation for dinner. This innovative mobile app contains automatic payments and notifications connected with a fiscal printer and these features precisely fulfill the needs of today's world.

The result
Two separate projects were developed - a platform for patients, and one for doctors. This app was meant to be implemented in the Polish market. The client provided the core of the application. Thus, we had to adapt the app to Poland's legal requirements and reality. Then it was translated and improved to deliver the best version possible.
The main goal was to offer patients the opportunity to order home visits quickly and intuitively, and above all, with confidentiality and without involving third parties - in this case, call center consultants (the patient shares his personal information and symptoms only with the doctor).
