The challenge
There is a possibility of connecting with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Azure with AWS platform. qChange’s Behavior360™ Platform powers the Leader Experience Suite of products by using its proprietary nudge cycle, and Microsoft Teams, to ensure leaders’ growth. This project assists leaders by delving into their roles. The program evaluates leadership experience gap by giving and receiving real-time feedback conveniently. It was developed on the basis of Serverless Framework in order to support as many platforms as possible. All that was possible with a special bot assigned to Teams.
The goal to develop a tool for leaders’ growth was set. However, the initial delivery model changed. It was decided to base the project on the information from MS Teams calendar.
The result
We have connected Microsoft Office, Microsoft Azure with AWS platform to build an easy-to-use app. qChange's Behavior360™ Platform powers the Leader Experience Suite of products by using its proprietary nudge cycle, and Microsoft Teams, ensuring leader growth. qChange helps you to discover your role as a leader. The app lets you measure your leadership experience gap, give and receive real-time feedback in an easy and safe way. What is important, we create a solution in Serverless Framework, which helps us with every little change we have to make. It all comes to a special bot automatically assigned to Teams. At first, the solution was made for the individual client but finally, it is released as SaaS.
The largest challenge we faced was working in the Behavior360™ Platform. The Platform was fresh, there was no support, yet it was crucial to keep getting more and more educated and seek new solutions. Our efforts were repaid since we have programmed a highly extraordinary platform.
