Demonstrator for a smart-road start-up
For an Austrian smart-road start-up we built a working demonstrator in about three months: an AI camera module and a remotely switched LED signal for the baseplates that hold road signs on roadworks. In a public Clutch review the start-up's CTO gave EMBIQ 5.0 out of 5.
Infokiosk for a window manufacturer
For an Austrian manufacturer of windows, doors and smart home products we developed the software for an infokiosk. Customers browse the range, contact a specialist and change the virtual weather to see how the smart home products react.
AI voicebot that calls back every enquiry
The bot calls each new enquiry back immediately, writes a summary into the CRM the team already used and leaves the follow-up to a person. GDPR and the AI Act were part of the design from day one.
AI feasibility study for traffic video
Before any development, we checked whether AI can turn traffic camera video into reliable counts of road users. The client received a feasibility report and a working cloud proof of concept.

Our work usually starts with an AI Process Review. In a first call we agree which processes to look at and send you a quote. Then our analyst visits your company, talks to the people who do the work and maps the processes that take the most time. A review usually takes from one day to a week, and we can sign an NDA before the visit.

Do you have an office in Austria?
Yes. EMBIQ GmbH has its office at Brückenkopfgasse 1/6, 8020 Graz. It is our project management and customer relations office, where we meet clients and run project consultations.
Do you already work with Austrian companies?
Yes. Most of our projects are for clients from Austria and the USA. Examples include the demonstrator for a smart-road start-up and the infokiosk for a window manufacturer described above.
Can the AI Process Review take place at our company?
Yes, and that is how it works best. Our analyst comes to your company and sees the work as it really happens. Online is possible too. We can sign an NDA before the visit.
Do your engineers work in Graz?
No. We do not employ engineers in Graz, so we do not compete with our clients on the labour market. You get a designated project manager as your single point of contact, and you can also talk directly to the people who build your solution.
How do you handle GDPR and the AI Act?
Every automation touches data about your clients and employees. We design with data protection and the EU AI Act in mind from the first workshop: personal data only where needed, clear information for people who talk to a bot and human oversight over decisions that matter.
