Career portal for a Polish city
In 2020 we adapted a city's career and education portal to WCAG 2.1, and we supported it from 2019 to 2025. In its Clutch review the city described the portal as easy to use and suitable for every resident.

App for booking home medical visits
We adapted an app for patients and doctors to Polish legal requirements, added fast and card payments, set up the servers and published the app on Google Play and the App Store.

With a Polish smart city company we built a waste management system based on IoT and LoRaWAN, in three phases: proof of concept, pilot and product.

OpenAI assistant for staffing requests
An assistant built on the OpenAI API matches anonymised specialist profiles with incoming staffing requests. By September 2023 AI-assisted matching had become part of how we handle such enquiries.
How we start: the AI Process Review
Here, too, the first step is an AI Process Review. In a first call we agree which processes to look at and send you a quote. Then our analyst visits your company, talks to the people who do the work and maps the processes that take the most time. A review usually takes from one day to a week, and we can sign an NDA before the visit.

Where is EMBIQ based in Poland?
Our head office is at al. Kraśnicka 27, 20-718 Lublin. The company, EMBIQ Sp. z o.o., is entered in the National Court Register under KRS 0000338852.
Can we meet you in person?
Yes. You are always welcome to visit our Lublin office, and we are happy to come to your company. The AI Process Review itself works best on site, where we see the work as it really happens.
How do you work day to day?
In weekly sprints. Each week starts with planning and ends with a short demo for you of the most important results. On your side this takes about an hour a week.
How long does the AI Process Review take and how is it priced?
Usually from one day to a week, depending on how many processes and teams we look at. There is no price list: after the first call you get a fixed price for the agreed scope or an individual quote, always before we start.
Do you work with Polish companies?
Yes. Alongside our clients in Austria and the USA, we work for companies in Poland – for example on a city's career portal, a medical booking app and an IoT waste management system.
